When Ryan Seacrest asked the couple on his KIIS-FM radio show whether Heidi's mom disapproves of Heidi's marriage with Spencer, the reality starlet said her mother's comments were "kinda taken out of context. She was more joking around. She loves Spencer."
Ryan also wondered if Heidi and Spencer plan on having children. "We definitely need a kid, ASAP," Spencer said
